I am pleased to offer printed scores of my original compositions, CDs, and links to selected recordings by other composer/performer friends. Except as noted on certain items, payment services are offered by PayPal. PayPal account setup is free and easy, especially for credit card purchases (beyond the usual credit card verification info, the only additional request is to set a password for your PayPal account).

Most items below have a PDF icon

linking to a viewable/downloadable sample score in PDF format. These complimentary sample scores have small portions obscured (and in some cases omit cover pages), but are otherwise identical to the actual scores. As I am able to convert recordings to digital format, I will also provide MP3

links so that you can hear the piece(s) performed. If you would like to obtain a full, unobscured sample of any piece, or are interested in an item that does not yet have a PDF link, please email info @ fourpawsmusic.com.

This store is a new adventure for me, and I would like any suggestions you may have to make it functional for you the customer. Please direct suggestions and customer service inquiries to info @ fourpawsmusic.com. Sales of scores are final; printing defects or other product quality issues will be promptly rectified. Shipping/order handling charges vary from $2.50 to $10.00 depending on dollar amount of your order.

My CDs

Hooray! The long-awaited CD "Voices of the Valley" from soprano Danielle Woerner featuring works of noted Hudson Valley composers including Robert Starer, Peter Schickele, Robert Baksa, Aurora Northland... and ME!, was released on Nov. 1, 2006 on Albany Records, and the results are quite good. In addition to my own song cycle "Eternity", I am playing piano on the first track (Baksa's Song of the Moon Festival) and also in Robert Starer's Anna Margarita's Will.

You can order Voices either from me, or from Amazon, or from Albany Records directly. I am not allowed to undersell the list price online, but if you arder from me, I get a larger portion of the CD price. Piccolo, the privately-produced CD or trumpet and organ selections I did with trumpeter James Paradies, is only available here.

Local trumpet james Paradies plays trumpet, piccolo trumpet, and Flugelhorn; I play the organ of First Presbyterian Churhch, Poughkeepsie.

	She Walks in Beauty features several of the artists who will be recording my song cycle Eternity for Parnassus: Danielle Woerner, soprano, Susan Seligman, cello, and others. Songs and chamber music of Otto Luening and Robert Starer. Many beautiful sounds.
	Toby Twining's Chrysalid Requiem features many innovative techniques: A new just intonation system based on pure sevenths, measure grouping and large- and small-scale structures proportioned by sevens rather than by fours, and extended vocal techniques such as overtone singing. The effect is marvelously pure and resonant, and at the same time eerie and other-worldly. One review said that it sounded "like the Tallis Scholars with bionic implants." I know at least four of the performers on this album, including co-producer Mark Johnson who also sings several of the parts. Challenging listening, but highly recommended.
	On My Funny Valentine The Western Wind vocal ensemble (who also performed the vocals for the film Koyaanisqatsi) perform many favorite jazz standards. My gifted friend Mark Johnson who appears on Chrysalid Requiem also produced this album, and contributed two of the arrangements.
